headspeakerThere are two particles for asking questions in Chinese - 呢 and 嗎.
headspeaker呢 is used for turning statements into queries. For example:
headspeaker你幾歲呢how old are you？​你在哪裡呢where are you？
headspeaker嗎 is used for turning statements into yes or no questions. For example:
headspeaker你可以聽到我嗎can you hear me？​你看得到嗎can you see？
